Gislane was born and raised in Miami, Fl, USA. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and is currently working on her Masters of Landscape Architecture at the Bartlett- University College London.

She has experience working in Fashion, Interior Design and the Visual Arts. With an array of design experience, she approaches design holistically and finds connections through various disciplines with a focus on sustainability, politics and economics. Gislane currently resides in London, UK while perusing Landscape Architecture and visual arts.
